The Renovation of 4,668 square feet located on the second floor of Draper Hall at SUNY Albany involved revitalizing a historic downtown campus building to a style comparable with the beaux-arts architecture. The design included high quality wall paneling, flooring, lighting, painting, acoustic ceilings, display cabinets and commemorative photo displays.

Accommodations for occupancy during construction was included as part of the scope of the project and also included renovation of corridors and suite rooms, hazardous wastes, relocation of power and HVAC, replacing floor, wall and ceiling finishes, relighting and door replacements.

Cost of Construction is estimated at $377,000.00

Construction was completed in April 2014.
